A rugby sweater only looks like weekend wear when everything around it is casual. Keep the sweater and change the finishing pieces, and it moves easily from errands to meetings to dinner out.
Try it this weekend
Add a belt and a leather bag or boots, and finish with a little gold if you like it. Same sweater, a much more put-together look.
